I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Psychotherapist) with a holistic private practice. I am also a Life Coach and Podcaster. This is a podcast that explores issues connected to self, family, relationships, parenting, mental health, communication skills, healing, living and sex. This episode is about when we tell "My Truth" vs. "The Truth" and how we can mislead people down a path of destruction. Telling "The Truth" promotes true healing and helps to lead, guide and support in a healthy positive way. Creating fairy tales that we have chosen to believe, instead of processing through "The Truth" misleads the mind into thinking that there is nothing to work on or work through. Enjoy!
